Site work for a road / highway in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
FY24 Main Street Trip Hazards Project. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Main Street, Hyannis is the center location for tourists here in the summer. It is important to keep Main Street aesthetically looking good to the public and maintaining its safety and functionality. Along Main Street, Hyannis, there are various locations that classified as a tripping hazard for the public. There was a significant amount of tripping hazards along Main Street that should be upkept which would keep Main Street safe for people to gradually walk along main Street. A tripping hazard consists of concrete panels settling, missing/broken tree grates, misalignment of brick surfaces, and concrete pull boxes that have settled. Concrete panels would get removed and replaced along with any locations of misalignment of brick surfaces. The concrete pull boxes would get readjusted to be level with the remainder of Main Street The completion date for all of the work to be performed under this contract is December 20, 2024 LAST DAY TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS: NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON ON DATE 3/14/2024 Requirement 10.4% combined MBE/WBE for this project
