FY24 Old Colony Road Pump Station Upgrades Questions Due Date: Apr 22nd 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Demolition and replacement of sewage pumps, valves, and piping, odor control system; VFDs, electrical systems; hot water heater, HVAC systems; and plumbing. Bid alternates for this project include replacement of hoist, wet well coatings, grating in wet well, and painting.. The estimated completion date for all of the work to be performed under this contract is January 21, 2026 Construction may begin following the receipt of notice to proceed and approval of all required Contractor submittals. Substantial and final completion dates shall be adjusted to be 540 and 570 calendar days, respectively, from issuance of notice to proceed The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Demolition and replacement of sewage pumps, valves, and piping, odor control system; VFDs, electrical systems; hot water heater, HVAC systems; and plumbing.
