When combined, each of the three independent scopes that are to be proposed consist of all line items and upgrades originally set forth in the initial bid-package. Product types and all stipulations set forth by the originalspecifications document provided to the bidding contractors by RISE (on behalf of BHS) will remain the same except for project timelines and the scope of work to be performed within the initially proposed project timeline Town of Barnstable School Department is requesting bids for the following project: FY24 BARNSTABLE HIGH SCHOOL LED LIGHTING UPGRADES The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. 5% Bid Bond is required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
