FY24 Road Drainage Improvements Questions must be submitted by Noon on 4/10/24 to the Vendor Discussion section of the online portal in the correct project file. Virtual bid opening via Zoom. Questions must be submitted via online. Contact: Amber Patterson, CPO MCPPO by Email: ProcurementMailbox@town.barnstable.ma.us or 508-862-4742 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 100%. 5% Bid Bond required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. Prevailing Wages required. OSHA certification required. MBE/WBE 10.4% required. Contractors shall be required to comply with all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 S.39M, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town. This project has been cancelled.
