Renovation of a mixed-use development in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. Work of this Contract is comprised of removing existing aluminum window systems its entirety and installing new aluminum window and storefront systems as specified and shown on the construction documents. B. Hazardous Material Testing has been conducted for this project. Refer to drawings and specifications for locations where abatement of hazardous materials will be required. C. The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction for the Owner, including all incidental work as required or described in the contract documents. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to removing existing windows and replacing with new aluminum storefront assemblies throughout; windows to have operable awning The Fair Share construction requirement for this project is a minimum of 10.4% combined MBE/WBE participation by state certified MBEs and WBEs FY24 Barnstable Community Innovation School Window Replacement.
