Each such bond shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range $750,000 - $1,500,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in a Bid.
