For Furnishing All Labor and Materials and Performing All Work for Scoreboard Installation at Mel Roberts Park (901 North Cedar Street) Requisition No. Pr031224 the Scope of Work Consists Principally of Removal of (3) Three Existing Scoreboards and Support Posts, Provide & Install New Support Posts, Install (3) Three New Wireless Scoreboards That Will Be Provided by the City and Install Underground Wiring for Power. Removal Existing Scoreboards, Installation of New Wireless Scoreboards and Miscellaneous Work . The City of Foley is soliciting bids for work to be performed at the Mel Roberts Park located at 901 North Cedar Street, including but not limited to, the removal of existing scoreboards and installation of new scoreboards that will be provided by the city. Scope of Work 1. Removal of the 3 existing scoreboards and support posts. Old posts and scoreboards will be disposed of by the City. 2. Provide new support posts and install posts and 3 new wireless scoreboards according to the attached engineered plans. The City will provide the new wireless scoreboards for this project. 3. Install up to 40 feet of underground wiring per scoreboard to and provide power to the new scoreboards. The new scoreboards will not be in the same location as the existing ones so this work is to extend the existing power to the new footprint. 4. Provide any other work or components not specifically listed that are required for the completion of this project as described. .
