The Lower East Side Library is seeking construction services to begin Phase II renovations. The Library currently operates on the 1st floor of an existing two-story structure utilizing approximately 6,700 sf. The Library is looking to expand and renovate their facility by: Renovating a portion of the 1 Floor for new Office Spaces and a large Community Room Adding a new Elevator and Stairway Complete fit out renovation to the second floor with new book stack areas, media room, and studies providing approximately 4,500 sq ft of finished space Fit out renovation to the basement to provide a new Multi-Purpose Room Facade renovation with new thin-stone veneer and new store front window system.
