Reference Number 0000344384 Purchase Type Duration: 3 years plus 2 year extension Oakland County Purchasing is soliciting bids on behalf of Oakland County Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations for firms to supply all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and means of work for cleaning air handling equipment and ductwork on an "as needed" basis. Work will be provided in the facilities at the Oakland County Service Center, 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Pontiac, MI 48341 and other off-campus County facilities. The winning bidder will enter into a one (1) year maintenance contract with Oakland County with the option to renew for two (2) additional years.
