All furniture has been removed. The main scope of the project is to refresh the floors with new finishes, demountable partitions, ceilings and new lighting fixtures, millwork, and floor finishes; there is some abatement involved in certain areas. The right to reject any or all Quotation or to accept any Quotation as most satisfactory in the opinion of the Construction Manager is expressly reserved by the Construction Manager without liability on the part of themselves.
