This is a Request For Quote "Construction" for solicitation FA663324Q0006, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Specifications, all applicable drawings/plans, and terms and conditions of the solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contract Specialist (CS) for official response in accordance with the required solicitation procedures. Your Quote must be valid for 90 days from the Quotation due date per SF1442 Block 13d and Section C. 2. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a 100% Total Small Business set aside. 3. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price award for the subject project. Please submit your priced quote accordingly. For selection, the Government will evaluate each quote in accordance with the procedures specified in FAR Part 13.106-2 Evaluation of quotations or offers and select the quote that represents the best value to the Government. The award will be made to the offer that represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. A facility of adequate size and configuration is necessary for the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron to perform administrative functions for maintenance documentation and training of Airmen. Principal features of the work; make wall repairs and replace eight windows, repair portions of drywall (walls and ceiling) and paint as indicated in the specifications and drawings.
