This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the University of Minnesota Purchasing Services for the Office for Student Affairs at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a qualified Responder to design, furnish, and install a Climbing Training Center which will consist of two (2) articulating climbing walls and climbing flooring system in a repurposed racquetball court space in the University Recreation and Wellness Center. Question Cutoff Date: 4/4/2024 12:00 PM (CT). Scope of Work. The Project is to design, furnish, and install a Climbing Training Center which will consist of two (2) articulating climbing walls and climbing flooring system in a repurposed racquetball court space in the University Recreation and Wellness Center. The Contractor must work with the University Authorized Representative and other University of Minnesota staff on all aspects of the Project. If any aspect of the Contract is subcontracted, including equipment or personnel, the Contractor must oversee all aspects of subcontractors work. Contractor will:
