The County of Orange ("County") is soliciting bids for the placement and compaction of asphalt pavement on designated County roads and at other locations, as may be required by the County, by geographic zone. 2. Contracts will be awarded on a per zone basis. As such, a separate bid must be submitted for each zone identified in this RFB.
