CR Number: 2104549 The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Generator Systems and Ancillary Equipment at Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center located at 2834 NY-17M, New Hampton, NY 10958. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, January 18, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on January 25, 2024. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6% New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
