Colville Indian Housing Authority Request for Quotations CIHA is requesting quotations from qualified contractors for multiple projects in our surrounding communities. These projects consist of: Heat Pump Replacement for an Elder located in Okanogan, WA, 2024 Omak Landscape Maintenance, and two ICDBG Interior Rehab Projects located in Malott, WA. 1. One Single Family Home Unit 1148 Malott Homes subdivision site, located in Malott WA 2. Furnish Labor and Materials to: a. Demo existing materials. b. Furnish labor and materials to perform wall board and ceiling repair. c. Furnish materials and labor to perform painting of interior. d. Furnish and install new subfloor, flooring and cove base. e. Demo existing doors, window wraps and all associated trim. Furnish and install new interior doors, window sills and associated trim. f. Install new cabinets and countertops as supplied by CIHA. g. Furnish and install new toilet, sinks, faucets, water heater and associated plumbing. h. Furnish and install electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, associated covers, light fixtures, new range hood and smoke alarms. i. Furnish and install bathroom fixtures, medicine cabinet, towel bars, robe hooks, toilet paper holder. j. Install new appliances as supplied by CIHA. k. Install new hearth and woodstove as supplied by CIHA. l. Furnish and install new window blinds. m. Leave existing handrails, protect from damage. n. Furnish and install new stair treads and risers. o. Refinish existing wood half wall caps. p. Protect existing mini-split HVAC system from damage. q. Provide labor and materials to clean unit.
