Lincoln Park Public Schools is requesting Bids Submittals for the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials Ceiling materials in Corridors, Selective Interior Demolition of LEAD Painted HVAC Mechanical Systems and all Thermal System Pipe Insulation in Tunnels. All abatement projects (Asbestos) shall be performed within full negative pressure HEPA filtered containment Enclosure work areas. Prior to Renovation/Demolition for Summer Work 2024.
