The scope of work includes the refurbishment of a building's exterior located at 112 Spragins Street NW, Huntsville, AL 35801. The refurbishment includes pressure washing the exterior of the entire building, painting all exterior steel and sealing masonry, concrete, natural stone, gutters and flashing. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the Building Exterior Refurbishment called for under this contract in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
