1. One Single Family Home Unit 1147 Malott Homes subdivision site, located in Malott WA 2. Furnish Labor and Materials to: a. Demo existing materials. b. Furnish labor and materials to perform wall board and ceiling repair. c. Furnish materials and labor to perform painting of interior. d. Furnish and install new 1/2 " subfloor, flooring and cove base. e. Demo existing doors, window wraps and all associated trim. Furnish and install new interior doors, window sills and associated trim. f. Install new cabinets and countertops as supplied by CIHA. g. Furnish and install new toilet, sinks, faucets, water heater, utility sink and associated plumbing. h. Furnish and install electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, associated covers, light fixtures, new range hood and smoke alarms. i. Furnish and install bathroom fixtures, medicine cabinet, towel bars, robe hooks, toilet paper holder. j. Install new appliances as supplied by CIHA. k. Install new hearth and woodstove as supplied by CIHA. l. Furnish and install new window blinds. m. Protect existing stair handrails. n. Furnish and install new stair treads and risers. o. Protect existing mini-split HVAC system. p. Clean entire home to move in ready condition.
