The project includes the removal and stockpiling of approximately 2.2 acres of aggregate base course in the existing gravel yard, grading and subgrade preparation, replacement and addition of aggregate base course and placement of heavy-duty asphalt pavement. The project also includes the replacement of approximately 2 acres of existing asphalt container yard with a thicker asphalt and aggregate base course section. The project also includes the milling and overlay of approximately 0.4 acres at the entrance and exit of the terminal. In addition, the project includes erosion control, storm drainage installation and paint striping of the container yard Bids will be received for Single prime construction contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
