Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of the Modernization of the Central Duplexes. DESCRIPTION OF ALTERATIONS WORK A. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified B. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. C. The work contained in this section shall include all construction work shown on the drawings and the specifications, but not necessarily limited to general construction, siding, window installation, interior repairs, sheet rock, insulation, painting, tile floors landscaping repairs, electrical repairs, and debris removal and disposal. Properly protect landscape materials from damage. All lawn/grass replacement to be completed using hydro seed. D. Contractor shall supply a full and complete system for all exterior replacement conditions. E. Scope of work for Site 13- Interior/Exterior Modernization which includes. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid guarantee, non-collusive affidavit, EEO form and Minnesota Responsible Contractor Compliance Affidavit. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a satisfactory performance bond and a separate payment bond. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 8-9-2024.
