Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project involves preparing the exterior surfaces of twelve (12) structures, buildings and appurtenances, to repaint surfaces at the Central Operations Facility campus. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Kevin Roberts Engineer Email: kevin.roberts@raleighnc.gov Question Deadline 03/12/2024 at 4:00 PM ET City Response to Questions (anticipated) March 19, 2024 1. The Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment, and labor to include but not limited to brushes, rollers, drop cloths, tape, caulk, paint, primers, ladders, lifts, caution signage, etc. 2. The product line for this project is Sherwin Williams preferred or equal. The bidder must provide manufacturer documentation of the products being used that identifies the appropriate application for all surfaces (product specification) throughout each location mentioned for this project. The information must include but not limited to products with UV protection, VOC ratings, etc. This information shall be submitted as part of the proposed bid documents. The manufacturers contact information must be submitted as well as part of the submittal information. Information for Sherwin Williams substitutions shall be emailed to Kevin.Roberts@RaleighNC.gov no later than March 12, 2024, 4:00 PM. 3. The awarded contractor shall provide all employees working at each site, company attire that identifies them as the contracting company awarded this contract.
