Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within 78 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: Abatement removal and disposal of underground tunnel/conduit, associated steam and condensate pipes and related asbestos insulation, sealants or debris. Removal of tunnel sections and piping (steam and condensate), pavement, sidewalks and landscaping. Installation of new steam and condensate piping inside and outside existing manhole E6 and site restoration. Contractors should submit all questions no later than March 13, 2024. In compliance with Section 139 of the State Finance Law, all questions pertaining to this solicitation during the restricted period shall be made formally through email to the designated staff.
