WBS: 2024CPT.11.06.20951 County Watauga Location: 7 Sections of Secondary Routes in Watauga County Type of Work: Resurfacing, Leveling, Shoulder Reconstruction, Pavement Markings Only Electronic Bidding will be accepted for this project. Please refer to the sheets entitled Instructions to Bidders contained in the Proposal. Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding on this project. The date of availability for this project is May 01, 2024. The date of completion for this project is December 01, 2025. A Bid Bond or Bid Deposit in the Amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid Will Be Required. The Bidder Shall Submit an Electronic Bid Bond With Each Electronic Bid Submittal Unless He Elects to Furnish a Bid Deposit Within 14 Calendar Days After Notice of Award is Received, the Successful Bidder Shall Submit a Fully Executed Execution of Contract, Noncollusion Certification, Debarment Certification and Gift Ban Certification Signature Sheet.
