Renovation of a municipal facility in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Roof Layover - Former Sheriff's Office. Any questions regarding the bid conditions or specifications are to be addressed to Hannah Bett at (785) 309-5810 or betth@salinecountyks.gov. Price is to include all labor, TPO roofing system, repairs, flashing, sealing, accessories, vents, rain caps, etc. necessary for the project. All work for this project will include all preparation, permitting, and complete cleanup of all materials. This is a roof layover project on approximately 14,215 square feet of roofing at the former Sheriff's Office facility. The age of the current roof is unknown. Installation of at minimum 45 mil mechanically fastened TPO roofing system per manufacturer's specifications over the designated roofing areas to include parapet walls. Exhaust hood curbs to be lifted and the TPO material wrapped over the curbs. AC unit curbs to be terminated with a termination bar against the side of the curb. Installation of a new termination bar around the perimeter and on parapet wall flashings. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Saline County shall make the decision as to what constitutes a technicality. No bid may be withdrawn after opening time for a period of 60 days. Late bids will be rejected.
