Question Acceptance Deadline 03/06/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % -- Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the Owner and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Lathrup Village for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid price for CY 2024. The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder. Bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. *The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the City of Lathrup Village, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder.
