Data and Voice Building Cabling for The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or any part of a Bid, and to waive informalities, and to award the Bid in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days following the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. Answers to valid questions will be posted weekly via Owners website. Last day for bidders to submit questions is 2/25/2024. Project Description: Building is being renovated and is approximately 28,000 sq. ft. to support Tenant moving in. Tenant will be occupying the building on a multi-year lease in a general office layout with some large meeting spaces. Building is one floor. Floor plan is available here: https://bit.ly/3r3dvFS. This project is data and voice cabling labor. a. 54 dual data and voice runs to workstations/cubicles. b. 25 dual runs for small offices. c. 4 dual runs for mounted display and convenience jack in 4 training rooms. d. 12 single data runs for wireless access points e. 1 quad run for 1 printer/copy supply room f. All runs are homeruns to Server/IT room to existing server/patch panel racks. g. 4 48-port CAT6 patch panel. h. 76 dual port faceplates.
