Renovation of an educational facility in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of a minor addition to the lobby within the existing footprint of the first floor, adding new ADA accessible single occupancy restrooms to each floor of both the North and South towers, existing restroom finish upgrades, ADA accessibility to the building from the exterior, and HVAC upgrades. There will interior demolition and renovation including metal studs and drywall, doors, frames and hardware, casework, firestopping, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection renovation and other work indicated in the contract documents. There are 13 alternates for this project.
