Jamerson-Lewis Construction is requesting Subcontractor Pre-Qualifications for the Appomattox County Courthouse Renovation and Additions project. Construction work is scheduled to begin in April 2024 and be complete by September 2025. Pre-Qualification packets must include prior project experience on Municipal Facilities, General Contractor References, Business Financials, Project Team Members with Resumes, Safety Records, and. The Davis-Bacon Wage Rates MAY be enforced on this project. The project will be bid in multiple phases. Elevator and Early Site Work Package will bid in March 2024 with Early Site Work starting in April 2024. All remaining Trades will bid in May 2024 with work starting in June 2024.
