As of April 1, 2025, construction began February 10, 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Scioto County Career Technical School District Board of Education (the "Board") hereby gives notice of its intent to contract for professional design services in connection with a capital project that will include a new athletic/instructional complex facility. The proposed location of the complex will be located on the north west area of the district's property (951 Vern Riffe Drive). The estimated square footage of the building is 16,400. The complex will include a full size basketball court, classrooms with offices, locker rooms, bleachers on one end, and restrooms. The Board wishes to select a design firm as soon as possible to begin working immediately on the Project.
