Demolition, site work and addition to a civil project in Bapchule, Arizona. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Gila River Indian Community's Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Facility is in need of two additional storage tanks and additional pretreatment capacity. A Technical Memorandum prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates (KHA) describes the project in more detail. Pre-final improvement plans will also be made available to assist potential contractors in assessing their availability to provide services. The Community would like to use Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) as the project delivery method. KHA will finalize the plans and specifications for the project after collaboration with the successful contractor. The estimated total construction costs for completing the improvements discussed in Section 2 is approximately $4.5 million dollars *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
