The City of Driggs is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms licensed in Idaho to provide landscape architecture services related to parks master planning and project design The contract scope of work is expected to include:
1. Facilitation of design charettes for park master planning;
2. Conceptual design of and cost estimating for park improvements;
3. Construction documents for park improvement projects;
4. Bidding / procurement assistance. BACKGROUND
The City of Driggs is pursuing completion of several parks and recreation projects in 2024 and 2025 that will require landscape architecture services for site & landscape planning and design, including:
Bates Rd Properties (101ac) Master Plan and Selected Improvements
5th Street Skate Park Expansion (Design-Build RFQ is separately advertised)
New Playgrounds
Tennis Courts Facility 4/9/2024 Interviews Conducted and Top Firm Identified
4/16/2024 City Council Acceptance of Recommended Firm
5/7/2024 Contract Negotiated and Executed The City anticipates upon selection of a firm that it will execute separate contracts for each project and that these will begin in early summer 2024 and extend through at least early summer of 2025. The City will consider questions from submitters as long as the questions are submitted in writing and are received by the City by Noon (MDT) on Friday, March 22, 2024. All interested parties that have provided notice to the City of their intent to submit a Statement of Qualifications shall receive the City's answer to any timely submitted question.
