Removal of 18,000 sq. ft. of asbestos-containing ceiling tiles Removal and proper disposal of all asbestos-containing exterior door caulk/glazing associated with four (4) existing doors (original building) at Northern Elementary School. Removal and proper disposal of approximately 13 sections of accessible asbestoscontaining mud fitting insulation on fiberglass-insulated pipe (FGIP), located in the Maintenance Room of Northern Elementary School. Any additional ACM fitting insulation identified above hard ceilings or inside walls/chases that was not identified, above the Base Bid quantities provided above, will be handled under unit costs/allowances, as applicable. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Architect and/or Construction Manager as having received the Bidding Documents.
