Construction of new student housing using a Public-Private Partnership approach. TIMELINE: An NPP has been issued by the owner to inform industry as well as the public about an upcoming procurement opportunity related to the P3 Student Housing Development Opportunity. The University intends on Shortlisting Development Partners by using a Request for Qualification (RFQ) approach: The University anticipates issuing an RFQ to shortlist Development Partners by the end of February/beginning of March 2024. The University is currently preparing procurement vehicles with the expressed goal of engaging a team of Advisors to consult the University throughout various portions of this Student Housing Project. The University will not respond to any Request for Information (RFI) or technical questions at this time. No further information will be provided to any interested parties until the RFQ is issued. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
