Site work for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,440-square-foot educational facility.
The Project involves construction of foundation and related site work for installation of a 1,440 square foot relocatable building at Biola-Pershing Elementary School, Orange Center Elementary School, and West Fresno Middle School Questions regarding this Bid, the Contract, the Project, and/or the Project Site shall be submitted in writing to, and received by, the Contact Person at the above email before 3:00 p.m. on 03/12/2024 A contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid, subject to the requirements of Public Contract Code section 4104, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. Contractor and each subcontractor shall pay not less than the specified prevailing rate of per diem wages to all workmen employed in the execution of the Project and shall comply with all laws and regulations, and DIR rules and determinations regarding the payment, monitoring, and enforcement of prevailing wages.
