Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work includes pulverization of existing asphalt, removal of excess material, grading and establishing the base, placing new asphalt and paint striping. All documents must be manually signed. After completing and signing the bid form pages, scan & upload documents for submission. Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount and shall be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit the required bid security as part of the firm's sealed bid will result in immediate rejection of the firm's bid. Accepted bidder will also be required to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract price, a satisfactory Performance/Payment Bond and an acceptable Certificate of Insurance as well. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County best interest.
