Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rogersville, Alabama. Working plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of April 24, 2024, bids received were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of work primarily includes installation of prefabricated restrooms and bath house, which generally includes the following: Site preparation and installation of restroom building next to tennis courts/pavilion #1 (base bid) . Demolition of existing bath house in A Loop of the campground (alternate #1) .Site preparation and installation of bath house in the previous bath house location (alternate #1) . Renovate campsite directly behind the A Loop bath house to meet ADA regulations and design parameters (alternate #2) .Site preparation and installation of restroom building near pavilion #3 (alternate #3) . Installation of ADA accessible sidewalks around each building and connector sidewalks to adjacent parking . Installation of HVAC system in each building, as applicable . Landscaping of affected areas to include seeding/mulching or sodding. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Contractor shall observe and comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, ordinances, rules, licensing requirements, and regulations that would apply to this project.
