In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 0% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors. See section for DM/DWBE Participation Goal. Project is located at 6105 E Sligh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33617 Estimated at $1,599,846.00. DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 0% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors. The intent of the Project is to harden the existing 40,000 sf Main Building located within the Lesley "Les" Miller Jr. All Peoples Community Park and Life Center with impact resistant glazing systems and provide emergency power capability. Generally, the construction work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing storefront/curtainwall and window systems and replacement with upgraded impact resistant systems together with electrical and plumbing infrastructure for emergency power to support the entire building. The 400KW natural gas-fired generator is included as an additive alternate; all supporting infrastructure including natural gas service, electrical work and concrete pad is included in the base bid work.
