LED, HID, and Fluorescent Lamps Question and Clarification Deadline: March 8, 2024, 5:00pm Scope of Work The Airport is looking to purchase a variety of lamps to meet its lighting needs. The airport requires LED, HID, and fluorescent lamps to be used in different areas throughout the Airport. Below are the service requirements, and delivery requirements for the required Goods. All Goods quoted must be from the same manufacturer to maintain uniform light output. Service Requirements The Respondent must offer a warranty for all Goods, covering defects in materials or workmanship. The Respondent must provide technical support and assistance for any issues related to the Goods. All Goods must comply with relevant electrical and safety standards, including UL or equivalent certifications. Delivery Requirements The Respondent is responsible for packaging the Goods securely to prevent damage during transportation. Shipping and handling costs must be included in the total price of the Goods. Term of Award The period of May 2, 2024 through May 1, 2027 Term of Award The Term of Award is May 2, 2024 through May 1, 2027. The Authority will have the right to terminate the Purchase Order with or without cause upon thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the Awarded Respondent. The Authority will compensate the Awarded Respondent for any Goods received and accepted by the Authority performed prior to such date of termination. The Authority does not guaranty work or any amount of work to the Awarded Respondent during the Term of Award.
