**As of May 15, 2024, the project was awarded to Heselton Construction LLC. of Faribault, in the amount of $733,939.00 .** LOCATION: Box culvert under Progressive Railroad located north of Greenvale Avenue and east of Spring Street. TYPE OF WORK: Temporary Roadway Construction, Box Culvert Construction, Restoration The major items of work are approximately: 0.85 ACRE CLEARING & GRUBBING 3,550 CY EXCAVATION - STRUCTURE 1.0 LS TEMPORARY ROADWAY 120 LF PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULVERT 1.0 LS TEMPORARY STREAM DIVERSION SYSTEM together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Northfield, Minnesota. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the awarded bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
