Site work and renovation of a civil project in Sultan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,893-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work contemplated consists of improvements and modifications to the City's existing municipal water treatment plant (WTP). Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for demolition of the existing WTP and selected yard piping and construction of a new water treatment plant, including installation of two (2) package filters that have been pre-purchased by the City, along with associated electrical and control systems, site work, yard piping, reservoir modifications, and other appurtenances as necessary to complete the Project. Bidding documents for the project have been prepared by Consor, Inc. To provide prospective bidders with the opportunity to ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract. If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. Work under this contract will be funded in part with funding from the Washington Department of Health with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. All Department of Health State Revolving Fund requirements and provisions must be met by the general contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers. All work performed on the Project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates, including State of Washington Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements per Chapter 39.12RCW.
