As of February 22, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 14, 2024. For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Mountain View Park Improvements Work consists of clearing and site excavation, grading and stabilization, construction of an earthen berm, cement concrete sidewalk installation, curb and gutter installation, new driveway construction, new asphalt parking lot construction, final striping, fence and gate installation, and other surfacing treatments; utility improvements including, new power service, new water service, new sewer service, and a drainage system; complete installation of new irrigation service, new illumination system; new landscaping; and installation . Notice to Proceed is Anticipated in March 2024 , Construction Activity Shall Be Completed by August 2024 The Work for Schedule A shall be substantially complete within 100 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Sultan and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. City of Sultan, and the City of Sultan expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal, and to award the Project to the lowest responsive responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City.
