Fish losses and difficulty in applying an otolith mark have been attributed to such issues from the existing surface water supplies from May Creek and Wallace River Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to rehabilitate a production well and perform an aquifer drawdown test on production well at the Department's Wallace River Hatchery, located at 14418 383rd Ave SE, Sultan, Washington 98294, GPS Coordinates 47.86746, -121.71717, in Snohomish County. Engineer's Estimate: $115,000 No pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled, Contractors are strongly encouraged to independently visit the site and view video link. If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract.
