RTD is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform a structural condition assessment and develop a 5-year Asset Management Plan for the Table Mesa Parking Structure at 5170 Table Mesa Dr. Boulder, CO 80305. Question Deadline 03/07/2024 at 3:00 PM MT Questions about RTD and this RFQ shall be directed, in writing, to Amelia Thompson, Purchasing Agent, through RTD's online procurement portal. All requests for clarifications and/or changes to the form of the purchase order, including suggested changes to the terms and conditions, must be made during the Inquiry Period. RTD has no obligation to respond to questions and requests for clarifications or amendments that are not submitted in writing, nor to those submitted outside of the Inquiry Period. RTD may reject any and all quotations and reserves the right to waive defects in the quotations as the interest of RTD may require.
