Remove and dispose of existing rollup door and its various components 3. Remove and dispose of existing canopy 4. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt ramp and portion of existing sidewalk 5. Remove cmu block to increase opening for new larger door and remove debris 6. Install new 14 x 14 heavy duty rollup door, track and other components to allow proper operation of the door 7. Install new canopy, of similar design, to width of larger door, final approval of design and colors by County Representative 8. Install new concrete ramp to width of larger door 9. Install new bearing plate and jambs and paint as noted on Bid Set 10. Touch up painted cmu damaged during project Remove an existing roll up door, asphalt ramp and canopy and install new concrete drive, larger rollup door and canopy The County of Lexington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its The County of Lexington reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. Each offeror shall submit with his Response a Proposal Bond with a good and sufficient surety or sureties company licensed in South Carolina, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
