Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,379-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Repairs to Student Greenhouse at Lexington Technology Center Contact: Ryan Panter at (803) 821- 3006, or email at rpanter@lexinqton1 .net Dimensions are 109 feet by 31 feet. Installation to include the following scope of work and the parts that go with it. • Recover 30' x 108' roof with 8mm Twinwall Polycarbonate Panels. • Replace 30 Aluminum J Channels • Replace all rusted steel tubing on the evaporative cooler sidewall. • Replace two rusted columns (4" x 4" sq tubing 12 ga). • Replace two column mounting plates. • Install new cooling pads for the evaporative cooler.
