Renovation of an educational facility in Parksville, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project scope includes the renovation and upgrade of existing changerooms within the gymnasium of Ballenas Secondary School. The existing footprint requiring renovation is approximately 2000 square feet. New items within the renovation include (but not limited to): flooring, seating, private changeroom stalls, urinals, toilets, basins, showers, water bottle filling stations, lockers, shelving, lighting, emergency lighting, painting, new walls. The school will be occupied throughout the renovation, therefore construction activities are to be conducted through the Summer school holiday period 29th June, 2024 – 3rd September, 2024. The change rooms need to be ready for use by Tuesday 3rd September, 2024.
