Per the owner, as of November 20, 2024, construction on this project began on November 18, 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ......... The proposed Countywide Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program (BPMP) will be performing preventative maintenance activities on nine (9) County maintained bridges with the intent of extending the service life and deferring replacement costs into the future. Complete the work within a total of 103 working days. This Request for Proposals (RFP) process will be used by the County to select a firm to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the County. The selected firm will be expected to work closely with designated County staff, consultants, and contractors to ensure the timely implementation of a system that meets the identified scope and needs of the County. A sample Professional Services Agreement is included as Attachment A. The construction management agreement will be part of the Federal-Aid project: Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program BPMP 5930(092). Costs or prices based on estimated costs must comply with Federal cost principals. Deadline for Questions 3:00 PM on March 20, 2024
