City Streets - Reconstruction/Rehabilitation. Bid Security Will Be Required in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder Qualifications May Be Required in Accordance With Instructions to Bidders. Project Description the City of Barnes, Kansas, Will Receive Sealed Bids for Construction of the Referenced Project as Described Below: the Project Will Consist of Reconstruction/rehabilitation of All City Streets Within Barnes Including Grading and Placement of 4 Asphalt, Excavation, Compaction, Mobilization, Staking and Traffic Control as Fully Described in the Bid Specifications. Contract Time Will Be Set in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders and Agreement. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities in Bidding. The ENGIINEER will accept questions up to 12:00 PM on March 22, 2024. Final addendum will be issued by 5:00 PM on March 26, 2024 and be distributed accordingly.
