Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Foristell, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Funds will be used to design and construct a number of additional improvements related to the area around the Kolb Building and the Kolb Building itself. These improvements are aimed at increasing the useability of the Kolb Building both for the County Fair Event but also for City events. These funds will be utilized to finish the interior spaces and address some exterior drainage issues. The intent of this project is to make the space usable for all twelve months of the year and coordinate these improvements with future sanitary improvements that may be scheduled in this region. This project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 1, 2024, construction funded for FY2027-2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
