The City seeks an experienced consultant to prepare a feasibility study for capturing and infiltrating stormwater flows from a 255-acre mixed-use area, which is tributary to the Dominguez Channel. Specifically, the Consultant shall work closely with the City to identify potential project sites including, but not limited to, the Westdrift Golf Course, along the intersection of 33rd Street and Aviation Boulevard, and/or another consultant proposed location approved by the City. The feasibility study tasks consist of project management, background research, surveying, field verification, a geotechinical investigation, a hydrology and hydraulics study, a feasibility study, and conceptual design(s) for the recommended locations. The Consultant shall prepare the feasibility study in accordance with the Safe, Clean Water Program (Measure W) Feasibility Study Guidelines and provide project support for the Program "Call for Project Start/Delivery Date Project Duration May 2024 Bid Valid 120 days.
